Salon
The large main salon features a beautiful layout that includes a coffee table, sofas port and forward, two occasional chairs, an overstuffed chair with ottoman and a bar. A stairwell situated amidship and to starboard leads down to the guest quarters. The interior of the boat is constructed of tiger eye maple and newly added burlwood inlays which are featured throughout the vessel. The light colored wood which, combined with the natural light, colored fabrics and carpet creates a lovely, open and warm ambiance. Area features a complete entertainment center.

Master Stateroom
The on-deck master stateroom features a king size bed, full sized vanity with mirror, entertainment center, ample drawer and closet space, a recessed, round sky-hatch, and reading lamps. The spacious, ensuite bathroom includes double sinks with marble tops, medicine cabinet, full size vanity with mirror and a Sealand vacuum flush toilet. The master stateroom is finished in tiger maple wood. The master is as large as some 130′ vessels.
VIP Stateroom
This stateroom is extremely spacious and could pass for a second master cabin. It is full beam and located forward on the lower deck. She features a king island bed and vanity with a mirror. Complete with ensuite head/shower, and an entertainment system.

The crew quarters are situated amidship with a private entry from the port side. There are two exceptionally large cabins each with their own head and shower with granite floors and counter tops (accommodate 4 crew). The arrangement allows crew to move from wheelhouse to galley to crew quarters with total privacy from guests.
Between the crew quarters is the laundry room with a large Asko washer and dryer, pantry, U-line icemaker, fold down ironing board, (2) stainless True refrigerator/freezer.
Wheelhouse
The interior wheelhouse features a helm chair, a chart table. and a settee. Exceptional, state-of-the-art equipment, black vinyl paneling and a black console. All instruments have been well laid out and there is good visibility.

The extremely large flybridge includes a steering station and a table with u-shaped seating for 8. Multiple cabinets for storage, a wetbar (stainless sink, and refrigerator/freezer) and teak occasional chairs for lounging.
The aft deck is accesed from the main salon through automatic, sliding glass doors. There is a large table and seating for up to 12 people and a staircase on the starboard side which leads to the boat deck. There are also 2 stircases on either side which lead down to the swim platform and transom garage. The garage houses water toys and provides access to the lazarette and engine room which is located just forward.

This vessel has a v-shaped keel with longitudinal stringers, fiberglass molded hull. Stringers with foam cored reinforcement, bonded to hull encapsulated with several layers of glass cloth and resin. Deck and superstructure have foam cored reinforcement under fiberglass layers, interior structural components all bonded to hull including bulkheads and frames. Foam cored sandwich deck construction for strength. Teak planks on main deck, stainless steel oval portholes, teak swim platform.
The interior was totally upgraded with new mable and granite throughout, burlwood inlays, custom bar w/ ice maker and sink; new overhead and mirrors, new upholstery in salon and dining room. New cushions on flybridge. The generator was rebuilt and serviced. The vesssel also features a large aft garage.
Remarks
Constellation has a volume of most 120 ft. vessels with the split level floor plan with on deck master stateroom offering panoramic view. The vessel was reconditioned and is ready for the new owner to go cruising! A must-see for all serious buyers in the 100 foot market. Owner will consider smaller trades.
